Terms of Service

1. Accepting the terms

By accessing or using nOmy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. nOmy is intended for vocational training, workplace task management and compliance documentation.

2. Accounts and access

nOmy is invite-only. Accounts are created by an organisation's authorised administrator. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify your administrator of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

• Use nOmy only for lawful, professional purposes related to your organisation's training or operations.
• Do not upload unlawful, offensive or confidential content you do not have permission to share.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access another user's data without authorisation, or disrupt the service.

4. Content and data ownership

Your organisation retains ownership of the courses, tasks, documents and other content it creates. nOmy retains ownership of the platform, software and any pre-built content provided as part of the service.

5. Skills Passport

Your Skills Passport is personal to you. Verified entries remain accessible to you even after your relationship with an organisation ends, unless you request deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

nOmy is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, nOmy Group ApS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Either party may terminate an organisation's access in accordance with the subscription agreement.
